Mr. Jacobs focuses his practice in civil litigation, including business disputes, real property and construction litigation, personal injury and property damage, premises liability, subrogation, and labor/employment law. Mr. Jacobs has argued before Rhode Island and Massachusetts state and federal courts, including the Rhode Island Supreme Court and First Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also conducted bench and jury trials in Massachusetts and Rhode Island as lead trial attorney.
Originally from Cheshire, Connecticut, Mr. Jacobs received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island in 2002. While at the University of Rhode Island, he was a member of the National Psychology Honor Society and held a cabinet position with the Kapa Rho chapter of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. A member of the University of Rhode Island lacrosse team, Mr. Jacobs earned All-American honors in 2001. Mr. Jacobs received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2006.
